Due to logistic limitations the conference is limited to a maximum of 200 participants. We will proceed at a “first come, first served” basis. After the maximum number of participants has been reached, further applicants will be put on a waiting list. Please be aware that this might happen even before the deadline expires. The Organizing Committee therefore reserves the right to decline applications at any stage.

2. Registration fees
- Early bird rate: 75,00 € Early bird registration deadline: 3 April 2017
- Regular conference fee: 110,00 € Final Registration deadline: 29 May 2017
Conference fees cover the participation in the conference and parallel sessions, conference documents, the conference proceedings, coffee break refreshments, conference lunches as well as a welcome reception and the conference dinner. The registration fee does not include the travel expenses and accommodation. A personal badge will provide access to all scientific sessions and social events.
Registration payment must be made in full for entry to the conference.
For guests attending only the public lecture and evening reception on 27 June 2017, registration by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org is mandatory but they will NOT be charged the conference fee.
3. Registration Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming your successful submission of the registration form within 3 working days. If you believe you have registered but did not receive a confirmation, please contact email@example.com.
In addition, an invoice for payment of the conference fee will be sent to you via e-mail.
You will then receive a final confirmation of registration by mail when the payment has been credited to the conference account. Kindly note that payments made within 2 weeks prior to the conference cannot be confirmed in writing. If you made a bank transfer within this period, it will be essential to bring a proof of payment of your registration fee, when collecting the registration material.
4. Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received upon 15 working days prior the first day of the conference will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of 10% of the Conference fee. Cancellations made after, as well as “no shows”, are liable for the full registration fee. Participants must make sure they receive an acknowledgement of their cancellation from the Organizing Committee. Only this will confirm that their request has been received and processed.

6. Financial assistance
There are limited funds available for speakers, participants from countries with economies in transition and members of NGOs. Eligible persons in need for financial assistance may apply for it prior to the conference via e-mail to email@example.com, indicating whether there is a need for partial or complete funding and approximate costs.
